Any questions that you have will be addressed by our friendly, caring and experienced therapists.
Massage helps to improve circulation, thus relaxing muscles and benefiting overall well-being. Stretching your muscles increases your flexibility while activating the neurological component of your tendons to reset their tension for lasting effects. Moving and stretching the overlying fascial component of muscle is also an important aspect of your treatment. All of these things will help you to recover from injury quicker and to decrease your everyday pain level if you suffer chronically.

Therapeutic massage
Therapeutic massage is a natural therapy in which varying degrees of pressure is applied to the client’s body to maximize the therapeutic benefit. Often “pressure points” or “trigger points” are worked out to relieve tension within the muscle. As with the most massage therapies, therapeutic massage is associated with many benefits. Some of the benefits are easy relaxation of the muscles, helping to get rid of stress, release toxins and also reduce pain. By improving circulation throughout the body it promotes the overall health.
Therapeutic massage is also used as a therapy to relieve certain health problems such as arthritis, anxiety, stress, back pain, depression, insomnia and problems related to blood circulation.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue is a luxurious massage that allows the therapist to apply deep consistent pressure all over the body. Long circular strokes glide perfectly over the contours of the body while covering larger areas and maintaining intense and consistent pressure. By combining Swedish, Myofascial and compression massage techniques, Deep Tissue massage delivers a more effective application of deep tissue work that increases circulation, healing and relaxation. The pressure applied is deep, but also smooth and sumptuous, allowing for deeper relaxation.
Deep Tissue massage is recommended for clients who are battling muscle fatigue, are in training, or experiencing high tension. Regular treatments will help improve posture, reduce tension, and relieve muscle soreness. The majority of these massages performed in our clinic are for shoulder problems, sciatic pain and chronic low back pain.
