Coronavirus (COVID-19) BodyWorkz Update: Part 2

Dear Patients;

We are writing to inform you that BodyWorkz is open!

Due to COVID-19 here are the precautions that we are taking to keep you and our staff safe:

Social Distancing

You will notice our reception area has changed – to allow for patients to stay 6 feet apart we have reduced the number of chairs and spaced them accordingly. If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait in your vehicle until your actual appointment time. You can also call the office to see if you can come in earlier.

We will be taking every precaution possible to ensure that the office is sanitized to decrease the risk of spreading the Coronavirus. Although we pride ourselves on a clean office, we will also be using extra measures such as wiping all surfaces, including door handles, tables, counters, tablets and chairs. The tables and instrumentation the doctor uses is sanitized between every patient. We will also be providing hand sanitizer for your use anytime during your visit. Our practitioners will be using hand sanitizer or hand washing between every patient.

As always you will receive a text notification 24 hours before your appointment time. Please call us immediately if you need to reschedule. Please reschedule if you or a family member has a cough and/or fever, or if you or a family member has been traveling or if you or a family member have been in contact with anyone who has a cough/fever or has been traveling out of state.

Our schedule has recently changed and is in effect until May 1st, 2020. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-5pm, closed Tuesday and Thursday.

Unfortunately, due to Gov. Ducey’s recent executive order (April 3, 2020) we will no longer be offering Massage Therapy. This will be in effect until May 1st. We know that many of you counted on the expertise of our therapists and benefited from Massage Therapy and we are devastated that we can not offer you this service at this time.

Financial Hardship

We are committed to the well-being of our patients and supporting our community. If you feel that recent business closures that resulted in a layoff and unemployment are causing you a financial hardship due to containment of COVID-19, BodyWorkz will be offering discounted rates so that you may continue care. Remember, you have been benefiting from health and wellness due to your treatment plan and we don’t want your care to be interrupted during a crisis.

Support Local Business

While you are following all recommendations and staying home, please don’t forget that small, local businesses are struggling right now. As much as you can, order food from your local favorites and buy gift cards for future use in your business community. Gift Cards can be purchased by calling 480-245-4995. We always appreciate your business!
